Maybe you have some celebrity you look up to, it could be a musician, an actor or someone on the internet. We don’t know what they have gone through, but the chances are that at some point in their lives some of them have also experienced feeling unsure and that they are not good enough.

Remember that what makes you a person other people like, is that you are a good friend. Popularity can go up and down, but being yourself and treating others well is always worthwhile in the long run. Some people feel that they are worse than others, even if they aren’t, and others feel that they are not ‘popular enough’, even if a lot of people think they are a good person.

It can help to talk about these feelings with an adult or a friend you trust. If you keep them to yourself they can just get stronger, and a lot of people find help and support by sharing them with someone.
