Sick and tired of sexuality

God has created most of us as sexual beings, and that is a good thing. This is not something you should be ashamed of, rather, look at it as a great gift you have been given. This is a gift that you will enjoy in the future with the person you eventually marry.

Your sexuality is a gift you have been given, but you have also been given the responsibility to manage it properly. The Bible is clear that it is a sin to lust after others, i.e. to think sexual thoughts about someone other than the person you are married to. Read e.g. 1 Thessalonians 4:4-5 and 1 John 2:16. It can be difficult to control your thoughts, but you don't have to be controlled by sexual feelings and fantasies. The thoughts will come, but you can choose to dwell on them or practice focusing on something else. Therefore, we would also recommend that you stay away from things that arouse you. Try as much as possible to avoid social media and movies with lots of sex scenes and focus on the body, and stay away from porn.
